How long have you been into mini-trucks and how did you get started?
I’ve been in the scene for 5 years. It started when I bought the truck with a 2/4 drop and a crazy tribal graphic layout on it already. Started out with air shocks, then bagged it, and never looked back from there.
Reason for Building
: to finish something I start, and to show people my creative thoughts and personality by building something.

History of Buildup
What interesting things happened throughout the build?
I was backed into sitting in a drive-thru at Mcdonalds in my hometown after Turkey Drag (where I got a 2 page spread in Mini Truckin’ Magazine to introduce the show coverage). She didnt want to wait and she was the next person to order, and threw it into reverse without looking behind her, and smashed my entire front end, almost totaled the truck out.
What did you Learn?
To not go through Drive-Thru restaurants anymore.
What was the best part?
getting a new paint job and cussing the lady out. Also getting a brand new Altima as a rental for a month and a half.
What was the worst part?
seeing my truck in peices and trying to make it home without my hood flying up
What was the main order that you did the modifications in and why?
bags, new paint, new wheels, bodydrop, bed floor, engine bay, interior. Just wanted to take the best route, but now I wish I would have painted last.
If you could do it all over again, what would you do different?
suicide both doors, single color paint, GM Crate motor, and do the bed different. But since I DRIVE this truck to EVERY show, the motor swap may never happen with gas prices rising.
Is there anyone in the scene you really look up to, or someone in particular that motivates you, and why?
I just look up to all the people coming up with new and different ways of doing quality custom work. I also look up to the older crowd, because now days the scene is getting away from what it use to be. The earlier generation did things right and treated people the right way and with respect. I just want the scene to loop back around to be more like the older days.
